Return & Cancelation Policy

Refund & Exchange

  • To be eligible for Refund & Exchange, the product must have a factory defect and you have to return the product within 3 working days of receiving the purchase receipt, then our repairing centre will check the product, if the product has a factory defect you will get a refund in cash within 48 Working Hours or you can get another product of the same cost.
  • Refund and exchange policy will not apply if the product warranty is expired or void (1).
  • The warranty of all products is 1 year.

(1) The product warranty considered void in case of damage or scratch.


Cancellation

In case you would like to cancel your order after submitting a purchase, there are two cases:

  • If the payment method you chose is Cash on Delivery (COD):
    You can contact customer care and request a cancellation and provide us with the reason, once we cancel the order you will be notified by email.
  • If the payment method you chose is Visa/Master Card:
    You can contact customer care and request a cancelation and provide us with the reason, once we cancel the order in our system it will take 48 working hours to refund the full amount back to your visa.
