The US255's straight-to-angled design solves a specific but universal problem: when charging a smartphone or tablet while holding it horizontally — gaming, watching, reading in bed — a straight USB-C cable protrudes directly outward from the port, creating leverage stress on the connector, obstructing hand grip, and forcing the device to be held away from the cable exit. The 90° angled connector bends the cable parallel to the device's edge immediately at the port exit — the cable runs flat along the device's side rather than protruding outward, eliminating:
