LG 27GX704A UltraGear™ GX7 27" 240Hz OLED QHD | Display HDR™ True Black 400, 0.03ms (GtG), Glare Panel, Gaming Monitor

The LG UltraGear GX7 27GX704A is a 26.5-inch (marketed 27") QHD OLED gaming monitor with a 240Hz refresh rate, 0.03ms GtG response time, and 98.5% DCI-P3 colour coverage. OLED gives it true blacks and a 1,500,000:1 contrast ratio. It carries VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification and supports both NVIDIA G-Sync Compatible and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro. Dual HDMI 2.1 ports run QHD at 240Hz on consoles and PCs, and a fully ergonomic stand and rear hexagon lighting complete the setup.

26.5" QHD OLED: 2560 × 1440, 108 PPI, GLOSSY

The OLED panel lights each pixel on its own, so black pixels switch fully off. That gives a contrast ratio of 1,500,000:1 (typical), 178° viewing angles, and 1.07 billion colours (10-bit). The flat 16:9 glossy surface suits dark rooms and keeps colours vivid.

240Hz + 0.03MS GTG: MOTION WITHOUT THE BLUR

OLED pixels switch in 0.03ms, so fast action leaves almost no ghosting or smear. At 240Hz, camera pans, flicks, and tracking shots stay crisp. QHD at 240Hz is available over both DisplayPort and HDMI 2.1.

DISPLAYHDR TRUE BLACK 400: 275 NITS TYPICAL, 1300 NITS PEAK

VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification sets the standard for OLED HDR. The panel delivers 275 nits typical brightness and up to 1300 nits peak on small bright highlights, so dark scenes keep their depth while sparks, lights, and reflections stand out.

98.5% DCI-P3 + 10-BIT COLOUR

DCI-P3 coverage of 98.5% (typical) reproduces the wide colour range used in modern games and HDR video. Factory calibration is included, and hardware calibration is supported through LG's True Color Pro software for creators who want accurate colour.

G-SYNC COMPATIBLE + FREESYNC PREMIUM PRO + VESA ADAPTIVESYNC

Adaptive sync from either GPU maker keeps frame delivery tear-free and low-latency, with no stutter, across the refresh range.

OLED CARE

Brightness controls and OLED protection features help limit image retention. For the longest panel life, avoid leaving static images such as game HUDs or desktop icons at high brightness for extended periods.

CONNECTIVITY

- 2× HDMI 2.1 (QHD at 240Hz)

- 1× DisplayPort 1.4

- 2× USB-A downstream, 1× USB-B upstream

- Headphone jack

FULLY ERGONOMIC STAND + HEXAGON LIGHTING

The stand gives 130mm of height adjustment, tilt from -5° to +21°, ±30° swivel, and bi-directional pivot for portrait use. A 4-side virtually borderless design suits multi-monitor setups, and RGB hexagon ambient lighting on the rear shell adds a glow to the wall behind the desk.
